As we are experiencing nice weather, we need to be outside soaking up the sun so  these are 4 rooftop bars in London to visit.

Forest On The Roof

On the rooftop of Selfridges sits the new home of Forest On The Roof, a forest themed rooftop terrace perfect for drinks. If you do visit for a bite to eat, then you will see great London views. The atmosphere is very British and showcases an abundance of fresh, locally grown, ingredients, celebrating the finest British produce. Each month will celebrate a particular seasonal fruit or vegetable. The vibe is warm and friendly with the added tongue and cheek banter to keep your spirits up. It’s easily accessed from the fragrance hall by the elevators going to the 5th floor.

Address: Roof, Selfridges, 400 Oxford Street, London W1A 1AB

Open Times: Mon – Sat: 11am-11pm, Sun: Noon-6pm

Aqua Kyoto

Nestled between of Oxford Street and Regent Street is Aqua Kyoto, an opulent Japanese dining experience like no other. I visited this rooftop overlook Regent Street. Dinner there was ok, but I find it was more about the atmosphere which did feel club like. Perhaps it was the security at the door. Nonetheless, the rooftop is definitely new and cozy, and elegantly decorated with cushions. This would make a great summer date setting.

Address: 5th Floor, 240 Regent Street (Entrance 30 Argyll Street), London, UK W1B 3BR

Open Times: Mon – Sat: 11am-11pm, Sun: Noon-6pm

Radio Roof Top Bar

On the 10th floor of the ME London hotel on The Strand is where the Radio Rooftop Bar is  situated. It features some of the best panoramic views of the city, with Tower Bridge, the Shard, Somerset House and the Houses of Parliament all in sight.  The menu has a range of Tapas and cocktails.  Occasionally there is a live DJ set, usually towards the end of the week. Additionally, you do have to dress relatively smart.

Address: 336-337 Strand, London WC2R 1HA

Open Times: Sun – Wed 11am – late; Thu – Sat 11am – 2am

The Bloom Gin Rooftop Bar at Vista

Perched at the top of the Trafalgar Hilton Hotel, affords a great vantage point of the London’s most visited tourist location. Every year a new booze sponsor puts its name to Vista, and this year it’s Bloom Gin. A lot of the cocktails engulfed in gin, one way or another. Personally, I’m not a fan of gin, but I guess it’s a way to get me used it. I’ve since learned the bar has an entry fee of £5 per person.

Address: 2 Spring Gardens, Trafalgar Square, London SW1A 2TS

Open Times: 5pm til’ late, daily
