When you find a pair of perfect jeans, do you buy them in every colour and every fit? Yes! Me too! I love wearing jeans, but I don’t like to feel restrictive. Although jeans are designed to be restrictive, they shouldn’t always be. I’ve been on the hunt for great jeans for cut and comfort. I’m happy to report that I’ve found the best jeans for the curvy girl. If you’re shaped like a coca cola bottle, chances are, you get that gaping on the waist line especially at the back because the proportion of your itty bitty waist and butt aren’t the same. Personally, I’m always about the fit, so I just take the jeans to the tailor and get them fitted to my shape. If you buying a pair of jeans every few months, it’s not the most cost effective.
Would you believe that the best jeans for curvier girls are from River Island? They are called the Molly. They come in 3 different lengths, which are short, regular, and long. In these Molly jeans, I’m a 12 long. If I’m honest I thought that the L on the jeans meant large.
They are not badly priced at £40, and they come in a range of colours such as black, light wash, dark wash, navy, grey, white. They also come in different style such as ripped, flared and frayed. Lastly, These Molly jeans are on sale right now from £15 – £25 a pop. OK, let your coca cola bottle figure and purse thank me later.
