Biore Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser

The Biore Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser aims to draw out impurities from the skin. Wearing makeup 6-7 days week no matter how little or much is worn makes me feel like I need to do some sort of deep cleanse to ensure that every bit of makeup that my cleanser, and toner didn’t remove.
I opted to try out the Biore Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser because I fell in love with the Biore Warming anti blackhead cleanser a few years ago.
With the appearance of charcoal infused products that was birthed from the Asian community, it was not a surprise that it would reach UK soil. In comparision to other charcoal cleansers that I’ve tried, I have to say that I am pretty sure that it’s the best I’ve tried especially comparison to the MAC Volcanic Ash.
The product contains slight beads to help exfoliate the skin.  The texture of the gel with tiny charcoal-like pieces that lathers up a little when applied to the skin. Apparently charcoal actually traps oils and dirt and draws them out of your skin.
When I’m washing my face with the Biore Deep Pore Cleanser it tingles slightly, which I love because it makes me feel as if something is happening or working.
I’m not sure if it works on pores because I don’t have particularly large pores, however I will say that it removes every ounce of makeup and makes my skin feel fresh and squeaky clean.
As I mentioned a million times, I have dry skin, so I’m not fond of the oil free formula or gel like texture. It does contain Glycerin however I don’t like the fact that it strips every last bit of oil from my face.
I wouldn’t recommend it for people with dry skin, but if you are a sucker for this product like I am, then I would suggest you limit your use to once a week at that.
Biore Self Heating One Minute Mask

Biore says that it’s Self Heating One Minute Mask aims to warms to open pores and draw out deep down dirt, oil and impurities, then cools leaving skin tingly smooth and refreshed. I did try this product out too, however I don’t feel like it did much more than the cleanser did, so I thought it’ll be best to let an oily skinned gal try it. Here are her thoughts:
I loved the benefits of charcoal on oily skin and with the heat of summer my face has been an very oily with super sized pores this summer, so I knew I was the right candidate to try this product. First off, I appreciate the sensation of this mask when applied, followed by a few seconds of heating then a cooling sensation. There are a few little beaded particles in this mask, which I think allows for a gentle exfoliation experience. I’m not sure about the “purifying effect” on my pores. However I felt that my face felt clean and refreshed. It helped to reduce the appearance of blemishes, but did not remove them, but I think that would be due leaving the mask on for about 5 minutes.
I found the packaging a little awkward as I’m not keen on sachets. I would have prefered It to be packaged in a tube, for ease of use.
Back to Wande, As mentioned they are great products but not designed for dry skin gals, but I’m sure this will work like a dream on the oily skinned gals, especially in the summer.
Have you tried Biore Products?
