WANDE WEEKLY: REFLECT, REEVALUATE, RECOVER & DISCOVER

Hey guys! Spring is actually here! I’m so loving the British weather right now. This week I’ve been out and about putting the final touches on my room. I feel like I say that each week, but my idea of “finished” keeps changing. A lot of what the original idea has drastically changed, including the bed frame that you guys helped me decide on. This week has been extremely busy. Nothing new there. I’ve had to obviously work on my own projects, organise a photo shoot, get logos designed, get a website designed all for the upcoming project launch date which is April 22nd. (Hopefully that date doesn’t change). I’m soooo nervous and excited at the same time.
This week a lot of soul searching and discovery took place. There’s tonnes I’ve learnt about myself, and I’ll continue to work on. One of them is don’t stay down longer than a day. A rule from my big sister Beyonce. We all have good days and bad days, but sometimes we can let our bad days take over your life. Believe you me, I’ve been there and got the t-shirt and jogging bottoms to prove it. Happiness is a choice; so only do what makes you happy. When you do get sad, or down. Let it only last for 1 day, and 1 day only. If you give it any more attention or time, it shall consume you. If there are people that make you unhappy, then cut them out. It’s hard, but being firm in your decision is the best thing, and your happiness will thank you later for it. If they are meant to be, then it’s meant to be. This week my phone just decided to stop working. On any normal day, I think my body would go into cardiac arrest, but the free time away from social media, friends, boys, and whatever I give time to consume my mind has actually given me a new found freedom. Mentally that is.
Don’t worry, I haven’t gone all earth, wind, and fire on you. I will be getting a new phone asap, and back posting on instagram, but sometimes it’s good to take a step back. Reflect, re-evaluate, recover, and discover.
In more lighthearted news I’m temped to try energy Shisha,  apparently  it’s like drinking coffee. Since I hate coffee, I thought this could be an alternative way of staying awake as you inhale the caffeine as vapor. How cool is that?
