FOOD: SUPER EASY BLUEBERRY AND BANANA PANCAKES
I think I know why over the years I got bigger and bigger in size. It’s because I spent most of my years eating flour and sugary pancakes which could have been replaced with protein and potassium. I found this recipe, and my oh my, these turned out better than I expected.
 I presumed this would taste like banana flavored omelet and thank goodness I was wrong. It actually has that pancake-esque texture too. Oh, you must try! You only need three ingredients, and guess what they are only 65 calories!
Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

Blueberries
1 Large Egg
1 Large Banana
Milk (optional; if your watching your weight dont add this)
Butter (optional; if your watching your weight dont add this)

Instructions

Peel and slice banana, ans mash banana and add egg.
Mix until fully combined.
Heat a skillet on medium, and spray with cooking spray.
Fill a 1/4 sized measuring cup with the pancake batter.
Pour measuring cup onto heated skillet. Add blueberries (5-7)
Cook each side until lightly brown.

Your taste buds and your stomach will thank me later, but these are just so FABO. OK, I’m off now to go and stuff my face delicately enjoy these pancakes. If you try it tweet me a picture @wandesworld.
