Morning! Happy Saturday! It’s the second Saturday of the year after a working week, and although I’m
massively slightly aching from yesterdays workout I thought I’d make myself a honey and banana smoothie, for that much needed energy whilst making my to do list for the day.
What you’ll need:
1 Cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 Cup orange juice
1 Teaspoon honey
A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Mix the yogurt, bananas, orange juice, and honey in a blender until it becomes really foamy. Pour instantly into two glasses. Garnish with a little nutmeg, and hey presto a delicious, nutritious, refreshing morning drink.
