Not so long ago I wrote about Clearasil being a great spot treatment for me. However, I was given the product by their PR company. At first, I was skeptical because I know that when I’m shopping in a health store like Boots (or in my case Wilkinsons) I would never consider Clearasil.
Well, their PR actually listen to the feedback I gave in my review (I guess this makes me a marketing consultant right?)
I recieved this email
Hi Wande’s World,
It’s *name concealed* from *company name concealed*. I really enjoyed the Clearasil Review calling on more men and women of colour to be featured in adverts! I thought you’d be interested in a sneak preview of a new thought provoking Facebook app that we’re developing for global children’s charity, Plan UK. Plan are supported by Nivea and they’ve used children from a diversity of backgrounds for their product advertisements.
The app supports their ‘Because I am a Girl’ campaign which aims to end the barriers preventing a staggering 75 million girls from going to school.
I won’t reveal too much about the app but I will tell you that ‘Plan your story’ puts you at the heart of the storytelling.
Plan are the charity partner for Britain’s Next Top Model and their live event is happening in London next week. It’s events like these that show us girls in a positive light and sites like yours certainly support the independent woman!
‘Plan your story’ goes live very soon but we’d like to invite you prior to launch to play it. In the meantime attached are some behind the scenes photos from the filming of the app.
Don’t forget you can:
