BEST TOP AND BASE COAT EVER!

BEST TOP AND BASE COAT EVER!
A few weeks ago I was flicking through Makeup For All’s Autumn Online  Beauty Magazine, (must check it out – it’s great) and saw Charlotte from Lipglossiping interview about her all time favourite beauty/makeup products. She mentioned Lumos High Speed Top and Base Coat, which I never heard of before. I was intrigued by this and sought it out.

Let me give a little back story: I love painting my nails but after two days they look as if Chimpanzee’s at London Zoo have been nibbling on them. They always chip, no matter what brand I apply! I’ve used a few top and base coats in my time, but no avail. So I took a break, and wore nothing on my nails in search of the perfect top/base coat. (hence no NOTW posts for a while) I was about to try Seche Vite…but honestly it didn’t jump out at me.

I googled Lumos High Speed Top and Base Coat, and lo and behold Lipglossing’s post came up,  entitled Lumos High Speed Top Coat Better Than Seche Vite. When I read the glowing review, I just had to get my hands on it!

Yes I am raving about this top coat! It’s the best top coat since sliced bread!!! If you follow me on twitter when you would have seen me endlessly changing my nail polishes to make sure it wasn’t just working with a particular brand  (yes, I’m extra lol).

I ran a few tests, I decided to be:
  • Careless with my nails
  • Deliberately attempt to smudge them
  • My sister even painted her nails before she went to bed, and woke up without a smudge in sight. THAT NEVER HAPPENS!!!!
  • rubbing two nails against each other but still it kept its place
It comes in 15 ml, and is very long lasting! ( I hide them from my mum as she changes her nails on a daily basis) ¬_¬

 Expect more NOTW posts!!!

Thank you Charlotte, you saved my life nails!
