HOLIDAY IN CYPRUS 2010

HOLIDAY IN CYPRUS 2010
As I mentioned in  a previous post it was last minute; we talked about a holiday on Monday, booked on Tuesday, and off on Wednesday 🙂 spontaneous right? I loved Cyprus so much, I wish I could go back and live there!!

was too tired to actually go out, so we went to a restuarant, that had the best Pina Colada!

My friend Sareena and I

On the way to the beach, the weather was amazing

Nissi Beach

I have got to say I so love this swimming costume so much!
Its actually called a Miracle Suit, and can be found at Rigby and Peller for £130
It has excellent support system for boobies and stomach too!
It’s great if your body conscious like I am

On the way back from the beach we stopped of for some lunch. My friend literally asked for a toastie!! Literally!! This is what she got! It was weird because in London if you ask for a toastie that’s all you get: no fancy frills.

As I wasn’t too hungry I asked for chips! I couldn’t even finish it

Again Pina Colada, I think it’s the only drink I drank due it cost 2-4 euros

Then of course we had to go to a water park, to entertain the child in me

Was waiting for my friend to get changed into her tankini so took a few pics, this is what boredom does to you!! lol

I just twisted my hair up, and use bobby pins to hold it. I don’t see why I did that to be honest – my hair got drenched

I got me a

delicious!!

Lazy river

I so loved this ride

We also went on a crusie

This guy got a piercing, I thought it was fascinating

The view was amazing

This part of the sea was really light blue

Please someone send me back just for a day, I miss the weather

The portion was huge, but delicious

This was all I could do, could go anymore

Karaoke!!

We decided to go to the City, which is called Nicosia, and also the North part which was the Turkish part, if I remember correctly.  I was slightly annoyed because I was told I could use my driving licence as ID, but when I got to the North Cyprus they explained it’s like entering another country, so you need your passport.

Being the persuader I am, I was allowed to cross the border and see one of the historic buildings.
All the pictures of status where taken by Sareena who did bring her passport

Yep that is Peacocks and Debenhams

Anyone do anything great this summer? Any holidays?
